All About Cannabis; International seminar for police, justice and private partners |
| “All about Cannabis” is the event for everyone in the public and private sector interested in a new approach in the battle against cannabis. National and international police officers, fire fighters, council workers and employees in the public housing, energy and insurance branches can learn about all developments, products and services related to cannabis. This is the ideal opportunity for learning about new developments, exchanging information, contacting international colleagues and of course cultivating your network in an easily accessible location with a great atmosphere. Because of the emphasis on a joint approach, a large number of workshops will be available that we hope will interest everybody. We will also host a unique and never before seen forum where you will be able to pose your questions directly to an international panel of politicians and managers. Studiedag Cannabiskwesties: wetenschap en praktijk |
| Het doel is om de laatste stand van wetenschap weer te geven rondom een aantal cannabiskwesties die actueel/politiek relevant zijn (ochtend) en in de middag worden de (mogelijke) implicaties hiervan besproken plus voorbeelden gegeven van effectieve interventies dan wel best practices. Het ochtendprogramma dat wordt voorgezeten door Wim van den Brink, hoogleraar Verslavingszorg bij het Academisch Medisch Centrum in Amsterdam, omvat de volgende thema's • Cannabis en psychose • Cannabis, spijbelen en schooluitval • Stress, gedragsstoornissen en cannabisgebruik Het middagprogramma start met een presentatie van professor Jan Copeland, directeur van het National Cannabis Information Centre in Australië. Zij zal een overzicht geven van psychosociale (en medicamenteuze) interventies voor problematisch cannabisgebruik.
