The Consortium takes the lead in further development and implementation of the END. It acts as a steering group with an accent on initiating, stimulating and facilitating, from a perspective of shared responsibility. The main responsibility is to coach all members, experts and national moderators in their END activities.

The Dutch NND represented by Klaas Valk, Johan Warmerdam and John Jespers supports and coordinates the END and consortium activities.
